Part One:
A Pythagorean triple consists of three positive integers a, b, and c. A right triangle exists with legs a, b and the hypotenuse c. A Pythagorean Triple is three square numbers in which when two square numbers are added they equal another square number.

Other Pythagorean Triples:

(5 12 13)

(7 24 25)

(8 15 17)

(9 40 41)

(11 60 61)

(12 35 37)

Part Four:

Lindsay is in math class and is learning about the pythagorean theorem (a² + b²= c²). The question on the board is asking how can you prove that 3² + 6²= 9². Expalin if the answer is right or wrong. Use a picture to show your work.
