1. What strategies were needed?

-Strategies that were needed were mulitpilication, a ratio table, and divsion.



2.How did you use these strategies?

-First I drew a ratio table and labelled it money and cups. Then I used the ratio table to find the size of cups of snack mix and how much money the snack mixes cost. Then I divided the answer for 1/2 cup of snack mix, and multiply the answers for 12 cups of snack mix.



3.Or How could you of used these strategies.

-I multiplied the 2 2/5 until I got to 12. Then multiply the money by how much you multiplied to get 12. To get 1/2 divide the money and the 12 cups by 24.




4.How would you figure out the price of a 6 cup bag of Betty's Snack mix?
















5. Find 3 other values (amounts of Snack Mix) that could be solved using the same ratio table. Find the $$ of your new container sizes.

I labelled each name in each slice and got 3, 4 ,5 , and 7 for each person that equals 3/4, 4/5, 5/6, 7/8 then i found that in percent way.

What strategies did you use in finding your answer?
