Emily's First Growing Post /.

half of 60 is 30 and if you divide 60
to 6 you'll get ten then add 30 to 10
and when you add it together it will
equal to 40.

divide 60 to 4 which equals 15. and if
you divide 60 to 12 and it will equal to 5.
then times 5 to 7 and it will equal to 35.
( 5 x 7 = 35 )

Emily and Vina's Bikerace thingy ((:
we did it wrong ; because we just counted the blocks. Like for every 1/8 of the way we would just count every 8 block. and label it.

60 / 12 = 5
60 / 6 = 10.
60 / 3 = 20.
The pattern is ; the answer is doubling each time.

fraction game ; this game is pretty fun and funny. HAHA. ((: What i think is good about this game is that ; you can learn a lot from this. even though its not all about fractions. but some parts are. the game is like who wants to be a millionaire but then its about math.

TWO WAAYS :) 16. ; I divided 16 by 4 and that is how i got the quarter for 16 ; a quarter of 16 is 4. another way is to halfed 16 and got 8 then i halfed 8 and got 4. Then i did 4 x 3 = 12. 3/4 of 16 is 12.
