What was the hardest thing about this unit?
The hardest thing about this unit for me is the part about finding the time's on the clocks.
What do you understand now that you did not understand before?
What I understand now is finding the times on the clock.
If you had to teach your parents something about fractions what would it be and how would you do it?
If I had to teach my parents something about fractions, I would teach them how to do the clocks. If I gave them a question like 4 over 6 I would tell them that 4/6 is equivalent to 60 because the denominator is a 6, but just without the zero. The 4 is also equivalent because it's denominator is a 6 so it would be 40/60 or 40 minutes. So I would tell them, if they had a question with 6 as the denominator, all they would have to do is add a zero at the end of the numerator and that would be the answer.
